2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Personal care and hygiene products after opening.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Reason for Return
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account within 5-10 business days.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
